For preschool & daycare admission, once you make the payment, there is no refund or return policy.

Once you have admitted the preschool, there is no refund. Once you make the full payment, there is no refund or return policy. Money cannot be refunded if you opt for the EMI option. The services will be stopped in case the EMI is not paid. We follow a non-refundable and non-cancellation policy in the EMI process, so no refund will be provided to any parents or any third-party vendors. Rocksfordz Preschool & Daycare  holds the complete right to stop the learning at any time, in case of EMI cancellation or delay in payment.

All services are non-refundable; learning material cannot be claimed under this refund policy.
