Why Hybrid Learning is the Best Method of Learning?

Introduction

Hybrid learning, also known as blended learning, is a teaching model that combines traditional classroom instruction with online learning. This approach to education has become increasingly popular in recent years, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hybrid learning offers a flexible and adaptable approach to education that can meet the diverse needs of students, whether they prefer in-person instruction, online learning, or a combination of both.

This hybrid model of education provides a balance between the benefits of in-person and online learning, allowing students to receive personalized instruction and support while also benefiting from the flexibility and convenience of online learning.

During the GSV Emeritus India Summit, Vamsi Krishna, the CEO and Co-Founder of Vedantu Innovations, revealed that their hybrid learning model has yielded a significant increase in in-class attendance and engagement rate.

According to Krishna, in their long-term online courses with a duration of one to two years, attendance rates start at 85%, but gradually decrease over the year, resulting in only 60-65% attendance at the end of the year. However, in their hybrid learning courses, attendance rates start at 88% and only reduce to 82% over time.
